Who can use the Creator Studio?

Everyone! Whether you're a small business owner shooting product photos or instructional videos, an influencer creating reels, a photographer with a client, or someone just exploring content creation, we've designed this space to be beginner-friendly and professional-ready.

Do I need any experience to use the studio?

Nope. The studio is designed to be easy to use. We have clear labels, simple setup guides, and plug-and-play lighting so you can walk in and start creating - even if it’s your first time.

Can I bring my own camera or gear?

Absolutely. You're welcome to use your own camera, lights, or props. We also have a selection of gear available on-site for you to use during your session, please check our equipment lists - we may have you covered!

How do I access the studio?

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive access instructions by email. Our system is keyless - you’ll get the instructions and a unique code to enter the space during your reserved time.

Is someone on-site to help me?

We’re usually not physically present during bookings, but the studio is fully self-service and easy to navigate. If you need help, you can contact us via phone or message during your session. Need more support? You can request a studio technician at the time of your booking (extra charge).

Can I book the studio for client work or commercial projects?

Yes. The studio is perfect for client shoots, branded content, product launches, and more. You have full rights to use the content you create for personal or commercial use.

How long can I book the studio for?

We offer flexible booking options - by the hour, half-day, or full day. You’ll see all available time slots when you go to book.

Can I come see the space before booking?

Yes! If you'd like a quick tour or want to check out the space before booking, get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a viewing.

Do I need ID to enter the studio?

Yes. A valid physical ID is required to access the studio. No digital copies. If you arrive without it, access will not be granted and the session is non-refundable.

What are the dimensions of the studio?

Studio is medium-sized, 5.22m wide, 5.86m long, and 2.54m high.

Are there blackout blinds available?

Yes, the studio is designed to have a 95% blackout - so if more control is required, it's definitely available.

Can I bring my own backdrop?

You can bring any equipment necessary even including the props.

Can I bring a friend or client?

Yes, but all visitors must be agreed with us in advance. You’re responsible for the actions of anyone you bring into the space.

What if I damage something?

You’ll be responsible for covering any damage to equipment, furniture, or the studio itself. All damages are recorded, and repair or replacement costs will be invoiced.

Can I bring a pet?

Not by default. If your shoot requires a pet, please contact us ahead of time to request permission.

Can I use smoke machines or vape inside?

No. Smoke machines, fog machines, vaping and smoking are not permitted inside the studio.

What happens if I finish early?

You’re welcome to leave early, but unused time is non-refundable. You have up to 15 minutes after your booked time to tidy up and pack down.
